2am Lockout Cocktail
Created by Der Raum's owner, Matthew Bax, and Sous bartender Josh Begbie with the Scoff Law Cocktail in mind; a drink invented at Harry's Bar in Paris and named after those intrepid souls who refused to abide by Prohibition laws.
Ingredients
20ml Famous Grouse
20ml Antica Formula
15ml Sangiovese Verjuice
15ml Green Chartreuse
Dash of orange bitters
Method
Shake over cubed ice and double strain in chilled cocktail glass, garnished with an orange twist.
