Tomato Bruschetta

Ingredients

Sour dough bread
Garlic clove
Tomato – thickly sliced
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Fresh Basil Leaves

Method

Thickly slice sour dough bread. Using a grill pan on your stove top or on a barbecue, toast both sides. Whilst the bread is hot rub the cut garlic clove over the bread slice and then coat with olive oil. Place thickly sliced fresh tomato on the bread. Drizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil over the tomato. Add salt and pepper to taste and top with fresh basil leaves.
