What are your hamper delivery options?
We deliver all across Australia and can send gifts to your gift recipient directly or to you, whichever you prefer. Our hampers are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney. When your order leaves, you'll get an email that'll contain tracking details. You can select from the following options:
Standard delivery - This option takes 3-10 days, depending on your location. See the question below this one for free shipping information.
Express delivery - This option takes 1-4 days, again depending on location.
Same-day delivery - This option is only available in the Sydney metro area. To get it, place your order before 11 am Sydney time and choose express shipping.
Chilled delivery - This option is what we use for our cheese hampers, and it's to make sure that your hamper is as safe and fresh as possible, even in summer. This type of delivery is only available in select locations.
Gift vouchers - These are delivered via email on your chosen date and time.
