I’m so proud of Simon Bryant, the hard-working and now exhausted chefs, Sommeliers and wait staff who gave so much of their time and the whole team at @tastingaustralia; what I’ve experienced the past 3 years as Patron is truly extraordinary. Each year there is something to surprise, something to delight and something to bring us closer to the earth and our amazing producers. It’s wonderful to be handing over to Cheong Liew, who I love and respect so much and who has had the most amazing influence on South Australian food.
