Here is the VIC State Winner From the Dairy; Holy Goat Cheese Nectar Tomme. The National Winners will be announced on the 13th August.
Beautiful looking artisanal cheese that was made from a 60/40 cows/goat mix working with their neighbours to maximise potential of both herds. Matured 4 to 6 months and such a complex, savoury, buttery yet sweet flavour profile.
