What a privilege it is to be part of the judging of the Delicious Produce Awards 2018; it’s a truly exciting two days of endless eating; a highlight of my food year. Here is the VIC State Winner From the Dairy; Holy Goat Cheese Nectar Tomme. The National Winners will be announced on the 13th August. Beautiful looking artisanal cheese that was made from a 60/40 cows/goat mix working with their neighbours to maximise potential of both herds.
