"Last week I was invited to a lunch at Seppletsfield at Fino, with the State food ambassadors and senior bureaucrats from PIRSA (primary industry) who pulled together a fabulous display of SA food producers, from as far away as Port Lincoln and the South East, who were all over for Prince Charles and Camilla’s visit.
I was so delighted when I was told by one of the organisers that three years ago, the cornucopia of food that I had presented at Magill Estate (with the help of passionate producers) was remembered by Charles so vividly – and that Charles and Camilla wanted to come and see the evolution of food over the last three years. He is truly interested in sustainability, value adding and asked wonderful questions – truly engaging (and that’s from a republican!)" - Maggie
