Baked Dukkah Crusted Classic Camembert Recipe

A baked camembert recipe can't be complete without Dukkah. We like to use Maggie's own Classic Camembert for this dish.

200g Maggie Beer Classic Camembert
1/4 cup Maggie Beer Dukkah
1 batch Melba toast, to serve
Methods
Prep time: 5 mins / Cook time: 8 mins.
METHOD

Preheat a fan forced oven to 200°C.

Place the Camembert onto a lined baking tray, sprinkle with Dukkah and drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Place tray into the preheated oven and bake for 8 minutes, then remove and place onto a serving plate.

Serve while warm with Melba toast or crackers.

Maggie's Kitchen Notes:
All my recipes are cooked with a fan forced (convection) oven, increase by 20°C for conventional. My recipes use 20ml tablespoons and 5ml teaspoons, look carefully at your measuring spoons as American spoons are often on sale and they are a smaller measure. All produce are medium sized and all eggs are from an extra large carton (700g).
