1 Maggie Beer Caramelised Onion Club Cheddar
1 Maggie Beer Duck & Green Peppercorn Pate
Handful of muscatels
Handful of glace fruits
Handful of almonds
Handful of fresh cherries

METHOD

Place the Quince Paste, Triple Cream Brie, Vintage Club Cheddar, Caramelised Onion Club Cheddar and Duck & Green Peppercorn Pâté spaced evenly on the board. This creates the foundation of your board.

Scatter muscatels, glacé fruits, almonds, and fresh cherries around the cheeses to add sweetness, crunch, and colour contrast.

Fan out the Maggie Beer Sea Salt Crackers in a few sections of the board for easy access. Ensure they’re close to the cheeses and pâté for pairing convenience.

Maggie's Kitchen Notes:
All my recipes are cooked with a fan forced (convection) oven, increase by 20°C for conventional. My recipes use 20ml tablespoons and 5ml teaspoons, look carefully at your measuring spoons as American spoons are often on sale and they are a smaller measure. All produce are medium sized and all eggs are from an extra large carton (700g).
