Apple & Mint Jelly
With the combination of apples, mint & Verjuice, this jelly lends a lift of flavour to a roast lamb and can also be used as a glaze for savoury pastries. It’s antique green hue will also add a welcome touch of colour to a properly smoked ham sandwich. For a refreshing drink, add a spoonful to a glass of hot water, topped with crushed ice, fresh mint and slices of apple.
