Beer Brothers “Anna Rosina” Sauvignon Blanc 2019
Anna Rosina was the matriarch of the Australian branch of the Beer family arriving in Australia in 1848. This wine is made in her honour. Our stunningly fresh Sauvignon Blanc balances wonderful citrus notes and fresh fruity nature of our Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc grapes. This creates a sweeter aroma with a subtle spice on the pallet. A rich middle pallet of honeydew and pineapple. Finishing with an ever so slight bitterness. Making this wine a perfect balance of fruit and acidity.
A wonderful addition to any meal involving prawns and scallops or even try it with a mild curry. Its versatility also allows it to pair beautifully with, arguably, any cheese. Match this crowd pleasing wine with any crowd pleasing cheese platter.
