To the natural richness of chicken livers, Maggie has added her long time favourite herb, fresh rosemary, for her own distinctive take on a traditional chicken liver based recipe.
Spooned onto a lighter style biscuit, this pate works beautifully as a pre dinner option, with some pickled grapes and a glass of very chilled dessert wine. Or serve in true provincial style, on a thick slab of grainy toast with cold unsalted butter, all generously applied and nothing else is needed.
