This beautiful salmon pink rose takes its colour from minimal time on the skins of our Grenache and Mataro fruit. This lifts the aromas with strawberry, water melon and subtle spice whilst allowing the pallet to show a refreshing blend of strawberries and ruby grape fruit. The Sweetness of the aroma is balanced wonderfully with the cool, crisp acidity of the pallet then finishing delightfully clean.

This earthy-yet-elegant wine would be an amazing addition to a delicious green papaya salad or simply enjoyed chilled with friends on a beautiful sunny Sunday afternoon.
