Preserved Kalamata Olives
South Australian Kalamata olives, preserved in a traditional method. Serve simply as an appetiser, or use as an ingredient for pizza, pasta or salads.
These superb olives owe their unique flavour to the Mediterranean climate of South Australia. Half an hour before serving, rinse them dry and toss in extra virgin olive oil, orange peel and rosemary sprigs for the greatest effect.
