Without a doubt, this is one of our favourite times of year here in the Valley, surrounded by the last of the technicoloured trees and vines going through the process to shed their foliage before Winter really sets in, it is a level of beauty quite unlike any other, and that’s before we mention Winter’s produce. We think it's the perfect time of year to choose a recipe and make a weekend project of it, in all it's slow cooked glory.
