Basic Bircher Muesli

  1. Step 1

    Collect all your ingredients.

  2. Step 2

    Place the oats into a medium size mixing bowl, pour over the Verjuice and apple juice, cover and allow to soak for up to 12 hours in the fridge.

  3. Step 3

    To serve, remove the bircher from the fridge and give it a good stir, then divide between 4 serving bowls.

  4. Step 4

    Top with seasonal fresh or stewed fruit and sprinkle over the almond flakes.

  5. Tip: Maggie loves to top her bircher with Honey Roasted Stone Fruit in Summer.

  2. 250ml 1 cup Verjuice
