Boiled Egg with Dukkah

Eggs with dukkah

Step 1: Place a medium size pot of water over a high heat and bring to the boil.

Step 2: Gently place eggs in boiling water and cook for six minutes.

Step 3: Remove the eggs from the pan and run under cold water. Peel the eggs.

Step 4: Cut the eggs in half and serve with the Dukkah.

Ingredients

  1. 4 free range egg room tempurature
  2. 25g 3 tbspn Dukkah
