Brown Sugar & Verjuice Mocktail

Step 1: Place the sugar & water into a saucepan & hear until the sugar has dissolved.

Step 2: Add the rosemary and remove from the heat and let steep until cool.

Step 3: Once cool, remove the rosemary and divide the syrup between 2 champagne flutes.

Step 4: Top with plenty of crushed ice and add 1/4 cup of Verjuice to each glass.

Step 5: Stir to combine and finish with a sprig of fresh rosemary in the top of each drink.


  1. 2 tbspn brown sugar
  2. 3 tbspn water
  3. 13 sprigs rosemary
  4. 1 cup ice crushed
  5. 1/2 cup verjuice
