Sausage Rolls

Step 1: Preheat oven to 220C. Line two baking trays with baking paper.

Step 2: Mix mince, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, parsley and S&P together. Beat 1 egg and add to mince mixture. Divide into 6 equal portions.

Step 3: Cut pastry sheets in half. Roll a mince portion until 25cm long. Place down the centre of pastry. Beat remaining egg and brush edges.

Step 4: Roll up to enclose filling and cut into 5 pieces. Place on trays, seam side down. Brush with egg and sprinkle with fresh cracked pepper. Bake for 20 mins, reduce heat to 200C and cook for 10 more minutes until golden.


  1. 1/2 onion finely chopped
  2. 2 garlics finely chopped
  3. 3 tbs parsley chopped
  4. 1 pinch salt
  5. 1 pinch pepper
  6. 2 eggs
  7. 3 puff pastry sheets semi-thawed
