Ingredients: 1/4 cup (60ml) Maggie Beer Extra Virgin Olive Oil; 1 brown onion, roughly chopped; 2 sticks celery, roughly chopped; 6 cloves garlic, roughly chopped; 600g beef chuck steak, diced in 2cm pieces; 2 parsnips, roughly chopped; 1/4 cup rosemary leaves; 1 fresh bay leaf; Sea salt & freshly cracked black pepper, to season; 1/2 cup (125ml) red wine; 2 cups (500ml) Maggie Beer Beef Stock; 2 x 170 ml pack Maggie Beer Rich & Thick Gravy Finishing Sauce; 200g unsalted butter, melted; 8 Filo sheets; Rocket leaves to serve; Maggie Beer Tomato, Shiraz & Sultana Chutney, to serve
