Ingredients: 2 brown onions, roughly chopped; 1/4 cup (60ml) Maggie Beer Extra Virgin Olive Oil; 90g belly bacon, roughly chopped; 2 cups sourdough bread, crusts off & coarsely chopped; 130g Dried Pears, reconstituted in a little water or Maggie Beer Verjuice & roughly chopped; 1 tbspn lemon thyme, roughly chopped; 1 handful chervil, roughly chopped; 1 handful flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped; 1/2 cup macadamia, toasted & chopped; 1 lemon, zested; Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to season
