Ingredients: 150g dried pears coarsely chopped; 1/2 cup (125ml) cider vinegar; 1/3 cup (80ml) Maggie Beer Verjuice; 1/4 cup (55g) firmly packed brown sugar; 2 tbspn finely chopped ginger; 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped; 1/2 tspn crushed red pepper; 1/2 tspn peppercorn; 1/2 tspn rosemary, finely chopped; 2 strips orange zest; 1/4 cup (60ml) water

Cook a Verjuice chutney with fresh pear and seasonings and serve it with Sasha's delicious terrine recipe. It's got so much zest.
