Ingredients: 250g unsalted butter; 1 tspn ground mace; 2 tbspn tarragon leaves finely chopped; 250g cooked prawn meat; Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to season; 3 tspn Maggie Beer Verjuice; 2 tbspn finely grated lemon zest; 4 thick slices bread; Handful rocket leaves; 1 lemon, cut into wedges
