I can’t review the item

"I can’t review the item as it was never received. I ordered it so my son could celebrate his 40th birthday. I ordered it 10 days before his birthday and it was to be delivered 4-5 days before. It has still not turned up 3 weeks after ordering and was deemed lost in transit. The company has refunded me today. I am sorry the hamper was not delivered so he could celebrate on time. Very disappointed 🙁😌😔"

"I placed my order on 27th November for a very sick friend as a suprise. By 13th December it still was not delivered. When I called your office the girl said that it had chesse in it and could not go australia Post. Would I like to have it redune. I was so angry I cancelled my order and am waiting for my refund.
