Fig & Fennel Paste
Fig & Fennel paste is the perfect accompaniment with washed rind cheese, hard sheep’s milk cheese, goat’s cheese & blue cheese.
For any paste left over from the cheese plate, try adding it to a ravioli filling of fresh ricotta, or melt with a little Verjuice and brush onto the scored fat of a leg of ham before baking.
