Ordered on 6th Dec for

"Ordered on 6th Dec for a 20th Dec delivery to a secure parcel locker. Attempted delivery on 20th but your courier wouldn't leave it at PO as they deemed unsafe. No contact from you regarding this until I phoned the following Monday to be told I needed to give another address and would not guarantee delivery before Christmas. You phoned me to say it would be delivered on 27th. No delivery on 27th so I sent an email. One party was delivered on 30th and when phoning you the following day you put in an enquiry to courier. I waited till the following afternoon to call back only to be told that they had lost the second box and I could get a refund. I demanded another one be sent. You are apparently giving me my shipping cost back which is hardly compensation for the complete ly stressful lack of service i have received. All I got was is Christmas, it's bust and we understand!!! Apparently another has been sent via Australia Post. We will see if this one gets to ours destination. I have never been more disappointed, frustrated and disgusted in my life."
