":judging by the enthusiastic response by the recipient this is an excellent hamper. What was not good was the careless and ignorant extort by the person who took the order. He caused much unnecessary stress and doubts about ordering again. Rachel’s help in putting things right deserves reward and restored faith in dealing with Maggie Beer. "I cannot rate it because I have yet to receive the product. I received online confirmation that the package had been despatched to AusPost on 17 December, and there is no indication of any movement since then. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO MY ORDER???"
