Almonds Toasted with Fennel Seeds and Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Step 1: Preheat fan forced oven to 200C.

Step 2: In a medium bowl, mix the raw almonds, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, sea salt and fennel seeds, ensuring the almonds are well coated.

Step 3: Place on a non-stick baking tray and into the oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve immediately or store in an airtight container.

  1. 280g 2 cup raw almonds
  2. 30ml 1 1/2 tbspn Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  3. 1 tspn sea salt
  4. 20g 1 tbspn fennel seeds
