Almonds Toasted with Fennel Seeds and Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Step 1: Preheat fan forced oven to 200C.
Step 2: In a medium bowl, mix the raw almonds, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, sea salt and fennel seeds, ensuring the almonds are well coated.
Step 3: Place on a baking tray and into the oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
