Apricot Jam Labne

You will need to start prepping the labne the night before you intend to use it.

  1. Step 1

    Place the yoghurt and jam into a large bowl and mix together well.

    Line a medium size sifter or strainer with the muslin cloth and place it over a bowl. Pour the yoghurt mixture into the muslin lined strainer, then bring all the edges up together and tie with string.

    The following day, remove the yoghurt mixture from the muslin cloth, discarding of any draining liquid.

  4. Step 4
    Edit granola 8

    Divide evenly across 4 plates and serve with Maggie's Roasted Granola and seasonal fresh fruit.
