Apricots in Verjuice Syrup with Warm Ricotta

Step 1: Scoop ricotta onto 4 dessert plates while still warm (if you have made yours from scratch).

Step 2: Top with apricots and almonds and pour over some syrup from the apricots.

Step 3: This could also be done with Rich Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.

Ingredients

  1. You'll need to make: 120g Warm Verjuice Ricotta
  2. You'll need to make: 285g 1.5 cup Dried Apricots In Verjuice Syrup
  3. 2 tbspn toasted almonds
