Creamy Bircher Muesli with Honey Roasted Stone Fruits

  1. Step 1

    Place the oats into a large mixing bowl, then add the yoghurt, milk, Verjuice, cinnamon and honey and mix together until well combined.

    Cover and place in the fridge overnight.

  2. Step 2

    The next morning, give the muesli a good stir and divide into 4 serving bowls. Top with Honey Roasted Stone Fruits and any of the baking juices from the fruits and drizzle over honey to serve.

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups rolled oats
  2. 1/2 cup full cream milk
  3. 125ml 1/2 cup Verjuice
  4. Pinch of ground cinnamon
  5. 40ml 2 tbspn honey
  6. You'll need to make: 1 batch Honey Roasted Stone Fruit , to serve
  7. To serve, extra honey
