Scallop Sashimi with Olive Oil and Lemon

Approved   scallop sashimi with olive oil and lemon juice

Step 1: Remove the roe from the scallops and discard, then dice the scallop meat into quarters.

Step 2: Place the scallop meat on to a bed of ice.

Step 3: Season the scallop meat with salt and pepper and drizzle with Olive oil.

Step 4: Garnish with fresh chervil and serve immediately.

Ingredients

  1. To taste salt flakes
  2. 1 tbspn chervil picked
  3. 1 tbspn lemon juice
  4. 1 small loaf crusty bread to serve
